I phoned as need to organise a carer for my dad. Hannah who I spoke to was friendly, polite, gave me all the information I needed and we have booked an assessment visit. I'm very pleased

Very helpful and encouraging first meeting, hoping to sort out care in September, so cannot recommend Helping Hands properly until the care has started, first impressions though are very good..

On the whole,lm grateful for their care, there have been a few hiccups,but due to the changes the care company have had to contend with recently it must be difficult,let's hope it all settles down soon.

Responded quickly and we were able to set up care immediately. We were also able to increase hours very quickly.

The local team have been absolutely amazing and Jake has been exceptional in meeting my ever increasing needs. He has been a superb manager and the staff have always been very complimentary about his ability to manage them and his willingness to listen to their needs. As a former headteacher, I have appreciated his management skills and the care he has provided for my 99 year old mother both personally and via his staff. I shall miss his openness and his enthusiasm greatly. He will be a hard act to follow from a carers perspective.
