The office has been fantastic since Faith took over. She is so efficient, very kind, thoughtful and has a very caring attitude. Helping Hands have looked after Mum for the last 7 years and they are very efficient, caring and trustworthy and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. They took a lot of worry off our shoulders and looked after Mum really well. They are a credit the the Carers profession.

As sole carer for my wife Mary, I have been very thankful for the care from Helping Hands Bromley. Companionship and dusting with enthusiasm make a big difference to Mary. Our regular carer, Claire, is excellent at listening and tailoring what she does.

I wanted short term care package for 2 weeks as I was travelling so I contacted helping hands and the manager Faith came out to assess my mother. Faith was very lovely and helpful . She set up the package for us. She matched us with Stephen. Stephen was the perfect match for my mother and he was brilliant went out of his way helped my mum. The office and manager very helpful and listen to you. it been amazing experience

Compliment for Exceptional Support I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding support Faith provided during the challenging time when my mother was in the hospital. Faith was consistently helpful, answering our calls, offering advice, and swiftly arranging care for Mum upon discharge, even on very short notice. Her commitment was evident when she personally visited on the day of discharge to ensure everything was in order. Faith’s communication throughout the entire process was excellent, always keeping us informed and addressing any changes we had. We are truly thankful for her dedication and professionalism.

We are grateful for the service provided by Helping hands Since Faith took over the branch we have had very good communication. Since Faith the Branch manager took over we always have some one to talk too and she is always available to help and support She will listen to us and help us. The magazine for September was brilliant the general presentation the layout and the favorite of items in the members magazine. Ron really enjoyed the magazine. The office has the best-looking girls in the office Faith and Monique's. Faith the manager always gives me hope when I call. she is very helpful. The manager has a regulars team and I like the continuity she has given me The carers are friendly helpfulness and accommodation everything, they offer me all the help I need. They are interesting and helpful. Like all my carers. they are caring and communicate very well with me. They are very kind. Every time I walk in to the office. They are very helpful , kind and caring.

I really like the carer. The manager Faith came out to see me and assessed my needs and promised to match me with a carer. I get on really well with Steph. she is very helpful and we get on well together she helps me with keeping the house clean, she changes the bed and does my laundry. its really good I am extremely happy with the service

Helping Hands Bromley provided a top quality service to my Dad in his final 2 years. The carers are genuinely interested in their charges and the office personnel are unstinting in helping everything go smoothly, even when we got things wrong. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Your introduction refers to "questions about your carer". Which one? Since our regular carer (4d/w) left we now have many - sometimes 6 different ones in a week.We believe that herein lies the reason we have witnessed a decline in standards on the part of some - but by no means all - the team.'Tidy Bedroom','Make Bed','Wash up' mean about 5 different things to different people. The fine details that matter seem to be getting lost - until it comes to writing unnecessary verbiage in the log books.The plan is excellent - it's the performance that needs tweaking.

Under the management of Hannah the Bromley branch has improved with a more consistent set of good carers

Most of the carers my father receives are good, some have more people skills than others. Sometimes the time varies more than it should. The weekends are not so set as week days, although I understand you can only work with the staff you have at hand.
