Mum was very reluctant to have any help to begin with but once she had met Charmaine they immediately clicked and she is very happy. It is so reassuring to me to know this. No issues at all and I have already recommended you.

It was a huge decision to obtain help for my parents, but we are so glad that we did. The staff are really lovely and have already arranged for my Dad’s carer to attend an Advanced Dementia Course to enable her to help him even more. It’s lovely to see my mum relaxing a little knowing that Dad is in good hands. Thank you.

Once or twice non-urgent messages haven’t been passed on to me via the office, but i can see in the carers notes they have asked the office to contact me. It may be that i have been difficult to contact/out of mobile range..? Not sure, but they were minor things. Overall i am extremely happy with the level of care my father has.
