Helping Hands have been supporting my 91 years old father very capably and compassionately for some time. This morning my father had a suspected stroke. The way in which they handled a difficult situation was exemplary, particularly in view of the ambulance worker’s strike. Thanks to Nigel and Laura particularly, my father is now receiving care in hospital. I cannot praise all of your staff at Chichester enough. Every one of them with whom I have had contact is a tremendous credit to your organisation.

The person I spoke to was very understanding and listened to my problems with my parents. Assured me they could help in many ways and I felt reassured. Of course I have to convince my parents now! / Something to note was that it took me sometime to get through to the right person to talk to.
