Had a visit from Branch Manager Carey Bebbington to enlist a Carer to do house work cleaning after a shoulder replacement op. She us very Bubbly polite knows her job well made me feel at ease. Very professional

Excellent care in every way

My parents received support from Helping Hands for over 3 years. The staff are caring, kind and thoughtful. We are very grateful for their consideration and professionalism throughout.

Carer turned up on time, very pleasant, efficient and helpful but she was surprised there was no plan and hadn't received any information from office to help her.

It was clear that Christine was gathering a full picture of my mother's care needs. It helped that I already know of a Helping Hands carer in Findern and have full confidence in the people and the arrangements. It also helped that I didn't have to wait to be answered, or sit through a queueing system or process through menus. It felt both personal and professional. I came away with renewed hope that the remainder of my mother's life will be safe, companionably cared for and may even regain some aspects of her life. Thank you

Carers are lovely, just a shame that capacity is not available to cover extra regular hours, despite carer Shelley saying that she would be available to cover the extra two hours a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays as requested. Why is this please?
