Our carers and support assistants never overstep boundaries – knowing instinctively when you’d prefer some quiet time or you’re in the mood for company. They’ll be with you around-the-clock if they’re living in, or only when you need them if they’re visiting, such as when you want to get out of bed, take a shower, have support with your studying, or you need transporting to work.

Our carers and personal assistants are amazing at what they do and we’re always careful to pick people who we know will be dedicated to promoting your independence. We look for personal qualities of compassion and kindness over practical caring skills, as we can train people on how to use equipment, but we can’t teach them to care from the heart.
