The Helping Hands carers who visit my mum are so considerate of her needs, they are compassionate, always punctual and thorough in their work. Total professionals who treat mum with such respect and kindness. I trust them implicitly. Mum loves their company, there's always lively conversation and laughter, they aren't just "doing a job" they truly treat her like she's part of the family. They brighten my mum's day and she always looks forward to seeing them. Sincere thanks.
I approached helping hands because they will just do a half an hour visit, unlike many others that won't do it.. my dad has helping hands for 1 hour on a Monday Thursday and Saturday... he is very happy with them and inturn that makes me happy... they have also covered holidays ( from the cleaner) .I ensure dad sees someone everyday and helping hands have been brilliant ..
