Helping Hands is what it says on the box. Unfailingly cheerful, capable young ladies, lift my spirits, do whatever is needed to leave me relaxed and confident. Official matters are dealt with in the same friendly, efficient manner. I am very happy to have found them.

The carer we have is excellent, so would recommend your services.

The Folkestone branch staff (Jodi, Jen and the 2 others who came in and cared for dad) were so gentle and patient. Dad's situation got complicated by hospital admission then care home then out of the care home and then only a few days at home before he passed. But Jodi and Jen helped set things up each time and the care he did manage to get delivered was great.

All staff that have visited my elderly mother are reliable and on time. They are very caring, experienced, friendly and understanding.

Jodie was so nice to Barbara and helpful.
