I love my job and I love looking after all my lovely customers. I have found my calling in life and I feel privileged to be in my position

I have worked at helping hands for a year and a half. When I first started it was hard. I felt unsupported and just left to do the work and isolated. Now I couldn't recommend working here more. Everyone is so supportive. The carers all work together to keep the customers in the best health and wellbeing possible. The office staff help in every way they can and always offer support and advise and are understanding when unplanned things happen. Applying for a job here was the best decision I've made professionally.

The service has matched the need of the client, social and clinical, with a careers who are very suited to the client which means that there is an ease of relationship which makes it much easier for all.

Listened and advised. It's early days for us, using this Service,but I'm confident that it will be successful.

The Person I spoke to was compassionate and very helpful and reassuring.

She was a very friendly girl who helped and talked to Mum showing concern and respect

Dale was very informative and clear, in how helping hands and his carers can support my mums needs. Also wrote detailed assessment of how the carers will be supporting mum with our input of how I her daughter would support mum.

She arrived early and was very friendly. Mum enjoyed her company

Helpful guy - Angus nit had a chance to read infosent by ano - I assume this was what I was promised?

Slight mark down due to carers not checking with the client how they would like certain jobs done

So far so good. Too soon to say more. Have no other area of comparison.

Mum is very happy - she has a good relationship with her carer and, for myself, it provides peace of mind to know that she feels happy, safe and secure. Thank you.
