We focus on you and design your package of care around your requirements. We respect your routines and ensure that everything down to the smallest detail is in your support plan so your carers know exactly how you like to spend your days.

We value our carers so highly, as without them we wouldn’t be able to offer the exceptional service that we do. Our carers are the heart of Helping Hands and consequently we spend a lot of time recruiting, selecting, and assessing the people who apply to us. We then give everyone a bespoke training and development plan to ensure they have all the skills they’ll need to seamlessly support their customers. We’re proud that our carers make such a difference in the lives of people across England and Wales, and we keep our employees motivated by offering opportunities to progress when they wish to. Many of our managers began as carers with us which is also something we’re immensely proud of. We want you to be safe in your own home too which is why we screen all of our prospective employees through the DBS service and check their backgrounds thoroughly.
