My uncle needed care but wasn’t happy about it Hayley visited him in his home was understanding and gave him all the answers to his questions she really put his mind at ease he received outstanding care till the day he passed away and the support we received as a family from Hayley was above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough for the love and care she showed him he was happy the happiest he has ever been and that was because of Hayley kind hearted approach I would highly recommend helping hands to anyone

I just want to give a shout out to Hayley,the manager at Horley. She is a great boss and will go all out to help her girls,and customers equally in any way she can. Thank you for being you.

We started having care about 3 years ago, when our late mother-in-law, lived with us, before she went into a Nursing Home, 7 months ago. I needed care also twice a day morning and evening. A friend of mine had recommended Helping Hands in Horley, so we met lovely Hayley. From the moment we met her, we knew that this was perfect for our needs. Me and my late mum in law loved All of the carers, they really helped with all areas of caring, and went above and beyond to do this , nothing was too much trouble I still need daily care, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I couldn’t recommend more highly of the service that I receive. I’m so very very pleased. and grateful. Thanks

The carers provided have been professional and friendly. My mother now looks forward to the visits from her "ladies".

To date we have had no practical help as we are just setting up. The availability and willingness to help during the initial set up visits was very well handled.The availability of a carer so soon after proceedings were initiated flies in the face of the bad press the care industry gets on a daily basis.So far so good!!

A carer always visits when due. If they will be late there is nearly always notification of that. If they are worried about Alan they notify the family. Alan is very happy with his carers, in particular Leanne (I hope that is how she spells it!) as she takes great care to chat to him. I am also very happy with the quality of their cleaning of the flat for Alan.

Due to the friendly nature of the staff that came out to carry out the assessment.

I scored 5 because of the helpful and effective/ efficient of the way my concern's where carried out.

Very helpful advice and answered all my questions about the future prospect of needing help in the home for my mother.

Pleasant gentleman who called me on emergency number, as unable to get an answer. Said would call back later so happy with that. The lady was expecting someone at 11am no-one called by 12 Noon so went out missing the Gentleman who was there at 12.15pm. Misunderstanding somewhere.

All the PA's that we met over the weekend were smiling, looked happy. That was the start. That created positivity towards the job they were going to do.They were willing to support my son. Although this was first time they were meeting my son, the attitude was very positive and all PA were willing to learn and imbibe everything we discussed.

Informed my father when you were going to be late and very reliable! Took a massive weight off my shoulders!! Thank you!

Helpful , informative information given and my questions answered in constructive and helpful manner.

It was easier finding initial answers this way than phoning. Answered questions put, and honest over when any care could possibly start which was refreshing.

Ben gave me all the info I required and it would appear that he company has support that fits our needs.

All the staff we have met have been extremely pleasant, helpful and neat and tidy in their appearance.

The Horley branch are excellent Danielle is extremely helpful and if we have had any concerns they are dealt with immediately.
