It takes a while to get some requests responded to and continued on a regular basis by the whole carer team. But I know there have been about 4 different office managers over that time and everyone is working really hard in these very challenging circumstances. So this is a minor issue, given that the actual care given has been good. So thank you to all involved for all you have done.

They are very helpful, and professional

Overall the team provide an excellent service and the carers are very professional service. It would be helpful to have more options to manage services online and see carer schedules online too

There were no problems whatsoever and both Costas and ekaterina couldn’t have done more for my mum they were both fully trustworthy kind compassionate and caring / I wish you could congratulate these two people on my behalf they both looked after vera Greenwood very recently( who lived at 5 station Court Fenay Bridge Huddersfield)
