I had to look into to getting private care for my elderly parents who live in hull with working myself I couldn't do it during the day time and I had a couple of lovely carers to come in twice a day .morning for breakfast and dinner time. The evening meal was taken care of as I saw to them then they are very capable and caring. Responsible. Reliable and I couldn't of asked for anything better done for them they truly are 1in a million and I can't thank them enough for the care they provided for my parents

Great to have same carer every day and introduced to another carer for annual leave before the annual leave takes place.

Have been reliable, happy with the service, good communication and friendly.

Bob and I have enjoyed welcoming Ken into our home, and look forward to his arrival every morning. He is very good with Bob, patient and encouraging, and Bob is very comfortable with him. I couldn't do without him - and he makes me smile

Very professional and prompt when making first enquiries and feel very safe with a lovely carer as the main one. Also impressed that carers are employed and paid slightly more which helps to ensure that continuity that is so important. Many thanks
