Branch Care Manager
I am responsible for ensuring the service is safe and fully compliant with all legal regulations and am accountable for the overall leadership of the service. I line manage a team of a Care Coordinator, and two Care & Training Practitioners, and ensure our carers are managed effectively. I am responsible for business development for my branch and ensuring the service is viable by working with key stakeholders within the business and reviewing our business and marketing plans. I volunteered at a day centre for adults with learning difficulties in my late teens and decided then that I wanted a career supporting people to live a fulfilling life. I feel proud of the service we provide and the carers we have are all very reliable and enjoy the work that they do. I love to read and I love to travel, as well as enjoying spending time with friends and family.
