As a Helping Hands care assistant in Letchworth, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting your clients on either a visiting care or live in care basis – depending on what suits your preferences
- Personal care, such as continence care, showering or bathing, dressing, and appearance
- Preparing and cooking meals that your client will love
- Accompanying your client to attend appointments and activities
- Undertaking housework tasks, such as cleaning and vacuuming
- Providing companionship so your client isn’t alone
- Running errands such as collecting medication and groceries
