Pleasant mannor easy to talk to knows job / No problem

I have worked for Helping Hands Liverpool for 8 months now and it is a great company to work for. I love the job I'm doing and the fellow carers I work with. The management team is very professional and will help you out in any way they can.

Joe was extremely helpful and caring, he has given me confidence that a care package can be provided to enable my mum & her partner to remain in their beloved home. I am looking forward with hope that this will work for all involved and would like to thank Joe for arranging the package with speed in order that care can commence today.Thank you.

Two careers are absolutely brilliant,we'd be lost without them.they do a lot of stuff as a matter of course without being asked.

My daughters current care company have now decided that they can no longer provide her care at the time requested when she returns to university. Helping Hands was able to provide the required timings without any issues.

Because Margaret and Lin are everything you need in a care ,they treat my uncle who has dementia like they would treat a member of their own family.would be lost without them.Look after them,don't let them go. PS I have repeatedly asked for the invoices to be sent to my daughter,you have her details,but they continue to be sent to me

Excellent positive friendly professional service

Ben was very helpful and showed an understanding of our needs. He was very positive and reassuring.

I've asked at least 3 times for an email of my mums times and the carer who would be attending her to be sent to me each week and I'm still waiting even been into the local office and asked for it.. The carers need reminding that they need to clean her teeth, strip the bed when necessary and tell me and also wash the dishes as most of them just leave them in the sink and bring the bag down with soiled pads especially if there are a few in it.. Any new carer needs to be upto date on my mums needs and that she can't communicate properly. We have had a few new ones who have arrived in the last couple of months and not known about her communication problems.
