Contact with Helping Hands has been fantastic. The care given to my family member has been wonderful and I can tell the staff have been selected because of their caring and can do attitude. Jacqueline was most helpful and I was impressed with the level of training she instils in her team.

Emma and the team at Macclesfield have only been helping mum for a short time but I feel like I've known all of them for years! Mum has parkinson's dementia and during a very unusual and worrying time for both of us they've provided the best level of care possible along with giving me complete reassurance that she is safe and well cared for. All of the team are so friendly and experienced, if you’re looking for care for a loved one don't hesitate to contact them.

I've been working for helping hands, Macclesfield branch for 18 months as a community carer. Alex our branch manger is the the best boss I've had, the whole team in the office are great bunch. I've find the job very rewarding, with the continuous support from my team I'm able to provide the best care. Personally i wouldn't work for any other other care agency.

Great team of ladies, very pleasant, reliable and competent being managed well and clearly being equally well organised by an efficient back office team :-)

Early days, but HH seem organised and professional - HH team met so far are very pleasant, efficient and I feel that my 86yr old mother is in good hands

The meeting was very efficient and well organised, as I have had no experience of needing carers before it was quite a relief to meet such a friendly team and my mother was very at ease with them .

Dad has been very comfortable with the 3 different carers who have come in. I thought there may be some 'teething problems' which would be sorted out but no, all is well.

Ash spent a great deal of time with my dad, going through everything and explaining everything and making him feel comfortable with the situation. When Ash came to the house, she also spent time with the carer and my mum and ensured there were no concerns.

Linda was punctual, courteous, reassuring and very thorough. We shall be making a decision very soon as regards care

If the Adviser had managed to speak to the local office as they were not available a higher mark would have been allocated

She was very patient and listened carefully to both myself and my Mum... She answered our questions and explained how things would fit in with my Mum's routine.

I had a problem with a carer not completing time paid for so after a telephone call to you it was sorted out immediately

The assessor was very good with my auntie, very natural and sincere. She was approachable with any questions and she didn't rush us at all. Very helpful.
