Helping hands cared for my husband for four days whilst I took a holiday. My husband was extremely happy with the carers who visited him twice a day to organise his meals and check on his well-being. Having Helping Hands to turn to when I need a break is a great relief for me. I have peace of mind whilst I am away as I am confident that he is being well looked after. It is an excellent service and we both would recommend it without hesitation.

Everything has been great, a few issues but in start up they are to be expected.

Lucy & Michelle we're very reassuring, and didn't put any pressure on me, and left me with the relevant information to read through.

Rachel was really sympathetic and gave plenty of her time to listen to both myself and my mum in a really nice and unrushed way giving my mum lots of hope for when she gets home.

We contacted Helping Hands for advice and assistance as my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 18 months ago and my mum is struggling to accept and come to terms and my dad needs support, after explaining this Melissa was so supportive and I feel a weight has been lifted that we are now on a path to help my parents as best we can.

Done a superb job, couldn't be better

Although initially apprehensive, my Mother has been very satisfied with all the staff supplying the regular care and I have found the same with the Management team.

Phone assistant was very helpful

Christine couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I scored 4 not five as there are not currently enough staff to give a choice as to which support staff we can have. Otherwise great

The manager was very professional and polite. She was thorough with her questions and put my dad at ease from the outset. She talked through the options, and I feel very confident and assured that a high standard of support will be given to my dad during my break.
