I have been supported by the MK team for over 18 months now and highly recommend this team. However, I would like to highlight Samna Begum. She has ben supporting me very well for sometime, but in recents day she has stepped up and supported me during a period of ill health with understanding and professionalism. The helpers/ carer has been wonderful 5 star. Sometimes comms from the office to let us know schedules etc and the status of care in place for the future are slow but we appreciate how busy they are.
So far the carers are very pleasant and capable, and have arrived promptly.
