We approached Helping Hands in February this year after we realised our 88 year old mum needed care in her home following an accident. After providing care for our mum for years we were struggling working mums care around work commitments and illness within the family. After initially meeting with another care company we were so glad that we also met with Penny at Helping hands and read their reviews. We were especially pleased to find they are based so close to where my mum lives. Penny and Carol at the Oldham branch have been so helpful and responsive to the alterations we require as my mums needs change. We are impressed with the carers who have been genuinely kind to our mum. It does take a little time for the newer carers to get used to mums home etc but once settled in they all work so hard to help our mum. Maggie, Karen, Jo, Joanne, Monica and Juliette have been so lovely and we have confidence in them. We would definitely recommend Helping hands to others seeking care.

I am so happy with the care my mum receives. She looks forward to the visits and i can see there has been a definite improvement in her well being. I would definitely recommend Helping Hands.

My mum was cared for with home visits for a few years before she had to be admitted to a care home. The staff were very caring, nothing was too much trouble, and Megan was always on hand to deal with any issues.
