I cannot thank the team at Plymouth for the help and dedication shown to my brother and my family. They went over and above expectations in a difficult situation.

My carers are lovely, I can't fault their support, encouragement and care. But the office management and lack of support really let's my review down. Despite complaints, nothing changes

Very helpful and friendly, cater to every need

All the carers we have had have been lovely - nice now that it's settled into a routine with same carer. They are pro-active in not only helping with Dad's care needs but also with household chores etc to help Mum

Such lovely caring people to deal with Jacqueline and Stacy were so professional and kind. The carer Amy was superb looking after my father on the day he passed away. Such compassion was shown to us all. She truly was so helpful to us. Thankyou

The person we spoke to was able to answer all our questions. We now know we're we stand when we need the help.

Constant changing of staff. No basic instruction for a new person like a key code given. Constantly having to tell new staff how to do things. Lacking of training of staff eg Catheter care, food prep, basic housework. All too happy to sit and chat rather than jobs. Lack of Scheduling of jobs to do.

Jackie was very compassionate of my situation,she made me feel I was doing the right thing with confidence in the carer coming to help me with my 97 year old mother.

Your representative (Ammidee) called when she said she would, answered my questions clearly and gave extra information in helpful way and was cheerful and pleasant to talk with!

The home visit was good but haven't experienced the care visits yet but hopefully they will be as good as we hope they will be.
