I was so disappointed at not having found the very best Carers /Care Company for my husband. We had previously experienced other Care Companies. Now we are so relieved that we've discovered Helping Hands Home Care Preston. The staff are all brilliant and I know my husband at last has the Care that he deserves and needs. . They laugh With him,respect him and are very diligent and reliable in all they do during his Care visits. He feels 'comfortable ' with them and confident that they are giving him the Care he needs always with a cheery smile,kindness and empathy. They talk With him,Not to him! They Listen to him and help make the mornings and evenings brighter . He is Not made to feel that they are 'rushing' him and they are very reliable and keep me informed straightaway ( with my husband's permission) should there be any cause for concern . To sum it up,His Carers are the Very Best that he's Ever had and I'm so glad I 'discovered' this Company. I certainly would recommend them and I'm very particular in whom I recommend or use. After all who doesn't want their loved one to be in good hands, In good Helping Hands ,Preston!

Whilst working at the Preston branch, the office staff have always been accommodating. The clients are lovely and the office staff ensures that the clients are satisfied with the level of care given. I would recommend this care company to friends as a employer and recommend this company to anyone that needs any care or assistance.

The care that was provided for my father was wonderful. They are a great professional group of people who cared for my dad as though he was there own. They helped me out in an emergency with extra care at very short notice and even did some impromptu shopping when I couldn’t as I was isolating. My father has now had to move into a nursing home and I know he will miss the chats with the lovely girls. I would highly recommend Helping Hands and wish to extend my grateful thanks for all they have done over the last 6 months.

The regular carers know my care needs and are thorough ie after shower will pass me the talc, and a warm towel to get dressed polite and communicate well. l have. partial hearing problem so appreciate this. Occasionally homecarer new to me is not quite so thorough at following service. l appreciate service it is helping to maintain my independence and support for my son who also provides care for me.

She gave a good outline description of the Helping Hands service. She was very pleasant and approachable.

I had not completed the questionnaire requested before the meeting, but this was no problem and she only asked the questions necessary for the service I was requesting in a friendly, relaxed way. She answered the questions I had about the service and said the service could accommodate the times I wanted.

I am completing this on behalf of my mum-in-law. She is completely happy with the service given to her from two of your ladies - Helen and Michelle. Mum is in a care home, so welcomes their chats and her wheelchair outings on to the Promenade. It's nice to hear this for our family too.
