The place-name Pudsey is first recorded in 1086 in the Domesday Book as Podechesai(e) and around 1775, a cache of a hundred silver Roman coins, many predating the time of Julius Caesar, was found on Pudsey Common.
While we can’t claim a history as long as Pudsey, we do have over 30 years to our name, as we were established in 1989. Since then we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure that our customers have the best care possible in their own homes, thanks to our visiting and live-in care services.

Hi, I'm Tracy. As the branch manager for Shipley, I ensure that all of our customers across the region receive the warmest welcome and the highest standard of care, from our compassionate and considerate carers. I have over twenty five years' experience in managing care and I absolutely love what I do. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than being able to put a support plan in place to keep a customer in the home that they know and love, with the support around them so that they remain safe, have their well-being looked after whilst retaining their independence at home.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching true life documentaries and spending time with my grandchildren.

As the Regional Care Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.
I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.
