My responsibilities and values are to ensure that we deliver person-centred care for all individuals, to ensure that everyone involved in our service feels valued, I have over 14 years of experience and have a wide range of experience within different sectors of Healthcare. My heart has always been within the care sector. I began working for Helping Hands after losing my father in 2020. I wanted to be a part of a company that stands out, has positive impacts on people's lives and enables people to live comfortably in their own homes. A company that is person-centred and truly value the customers. Helping Hands has a great structure and support network. The passion shines through from each and every staff member within the company and this shows in the high-quality care we provide to our customers.
