I have care twice a day from wonderful carers,I cannot praise them enough They always leave me with a smile on my face,I look upon them as family,I'm so very blessed to have them care for me x

Shrewsbury Helping Hands have been providing daily care and support to my 95 year old mum, since she had a nasty fall nearly 2 years ago. Brilliant, friendly service with great communication from the office team too. Mum's favourite carers are Jojo, Joan and Ian. It is good for her to have consistency of carer because she doesn't easily ask for help but these carers make suggestions how they might help her

After initially thinking that there was no cover for the area that I live, the lady took the time to check and found that in fact there was.. Very grateful for her diligence!

Ben was very helpful and explained the process clearly - which answered most of my questions. He then easily answered the couple of questions I had and generally put me at my ease. Follow up email of details was almost immediate.

All questions answersed adequately. On time. Not rushed. Friendly.

mix of carers.most exceptional. my carers go out of their way for me.management team promised same carers when i joined and i could have my say but that has not been upheld. i do understand that there are shortages sometimes.

The service requested could not be matched in terms of domiciliary care calls, but an alternative was put forwards which may be applicable to the client. This is currently undergoing discussions with the clients social worker.

The Carers listen to my concerns as do the managers. My Mum's bungalow is looking cleaner than it has done in months. My Mum looks forward to her meals & she is eating better. Very many thanks..

Joan has a difficult appointment before visiting, but she was bright, cheerful and engaged with my Mother so easily. Very knowledgeable and will to help us understand what is happening with Mum.
