After initially thinking that there was no cover for the area that I live, the lady took the time to check and found that in fact there was.. Very grateful for her diligence!
Ben was very helpful and explained the process clearly – which answered most of my questions. He then easily answered the couple of questions I had and generally put me at my ease. Follow up email of details was almost immediate.

mix of carers.most exceptional. my carers go out of their way for me.management team promised same carers when i joined and i could have my say but that has not been upheld. i do understand that there are shortages sometimes.

The service requested could not be matched in terms of domiciliary care calls, but an alternative was put forwards which may be applicable to the client. This is currently undergoing discussions with the clients social worker.

The Carers listen to my concerns as do the managers. My Mum’s bungalow is looking cleaner than it has done in months. My Mum looks forward to her meals & she is eating better. Very many thanks..
Joan has a difficult appointment before visiting, but she was bright, cheerful and engaged with my Mother so easily. Very knowledgeable and will to help us understand what is happening with Mum.
