When to choose respite care

Respite care is perfect if your primary caregiver is perhaps on a well-earned break or has come down with an illness. We’re here to step in and take the reins while they’re away so you don’t miss a beat in your care. Respite care is also a good idea if you have had a spell in the hospital and need some help getting back on your feet. We can help with your rehabilitation and handle the day-to-day tasks you may struggle with, such as housekeeping, preparing healthy meals and running any errands. We will help create a daily routine for you that helps get you out and about in the Southend community.

Respite care services tailored to you

We will get to know you and your condition so that we can work out how best to support you. We have a variety of care plans such as mobility care, elderly care, emergency care and palliative care. We come prepared in how to deal with different situations, and we understand it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to health care. We offer respite live-in care for full-time, around-the-clock support and respite visiting care for scheduled visits. Our respite care can begin with just 30 minutes a week for visiting care and just 7 days for live-in care, lasting for up to five weeks.
