With visiting care plans starting from just 30 minutes a week, we’re sure to be able to design you a care plan that ensures you’re never left feeling isolated or unsupported.

Domiciliary care

More commonly known simply as ‘care at home’, domiciliary care gives you or your loved one the opportunity to remain at home whilst receiving all the support you need to manage from day to day. Receiving care at home, rather than moving to a residential nursing home or hospice, means you’ll be able to stay in the place you love the most, surrounded by family and friends, whilst being supported through specialist one-to-one care from a fantastic Helping Hands carer. Our carers can help you out around the home in whatever way you need – whether that’s helping you to bathe, dress and toilet, assisting with medication, accompanying you to appointments, doing the laundry or anything else.

When they start with us, every care is enrolled in our award-winning training programme, and will continue to receive regular refresher training which keeps them up to date with the latest care industry standards and best practices. We also make sure all of our care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, giving you full peace of mind about our commitment to delivering only the very highest standards of care.
