On recommendation approached the Tamworth branch of Helping Hands to provide care visits for my mum who lives 2 hours away from me. Found the excellent Tamworth team led by Serena and Michelle responsive, professional and had the best interests of mum always to the fore. The ability to look at the reports of each visit online very helpful and reassuring. Also they kept me informed of any concerns or issues they had during their visits. They have also been very helpful and supportive in the transition of placing mum into residential care. The service has given me some peace of mind as I live some distance from mum. Happy to to recommended the Tamworth team if you are considering care for someone.

We have experienced excellent care from the Tamworth branch of Helping Hands. They have have been reliable and have provided excellent care. Communication from Serena and the rest of the team has been spot on. My Father in Law is very contented with his care and that's all that matters.

We have a fabulous team supporting my husband, we couldn't do without them. Caring, kind, hardworking and professional. Highly recommended.

Mum is poorly and dad is recently out of hospital - this combination of circumstances has made it difficult for them to cope, especially with Covid restrictions preventing visits by the family. The HH girls have been marvellous, compassionate snd caring as well as providing practical support. The branch office team are helpful, friendly and very responsive to our needs. Very happy and can't recommend highly enough.

5+ for Amber and Nati for doing such a wonderful job first thing in the morning sorting Bill out to start the day. For their care not only for Bill but the family also. For Amber sitting with Bill on a Thursday afternoon. For all the team thinking of ways to make Bill as comfortable as possible and working with the District nurses, hospice team OTs and doctors to ensure Bill is having the best care.
