I am writing to pass on my appreciation and thanks to the Helping Hands team at Taunton for their excellent care and support of my mother. During difficult and demanding times, they have shown kindness and compassion which has gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you. This enabled mum to stay at home for the longest time possible and she has now moved to a full-time care home.

After having the reality of both parents , ending up in hospital , sadly the time has come when we need to rely on help. I am so pleased with the care my dad is receiving at the moment from Helping Hand's the team is great and the staff a blessing , after having run my own business for 38 years looking after your customers is paramount. I have already recommended the company to a friend. However, they need to secure funding first before applying.. The management team do keep in touch as and when necessary. For me, they also responded very quickly to an escalation in my relatives needs and extra support was quickly supplied. My team are respectful and professional and out of 4, 3 have been able to strike a good rapport with my relative. 2 instantly, 1 much more slowly and the last will take a little longer as they may be new to the care industry.. All in all an excellent company and I am very happy to have them on board. Thank-you Helping Hands!

Leanne and the other people I spike to passed on messafes and Leanne was so kind whilst remaining professional while as a family we are really sad and struggling. Thankyou.. It would be better if her name appeared at your central phone line list as being based at Taunton so they could find her though !!.

James, the Taunton manager, and his team of carers have been invaluable in helping my mother to be as independent as far as she can and to remain living in her own home. They are all just fantastic and we couldn't manage without them.

Trish was empathetic, efficient and able to give me a comprehensive explanation of the company ethos and process. I felt reassured and positive at the end of our discussion.
