Absolutely over and above what could be expected of a service! Lovely people from helping hands have been taking my family member to see his partner in her care home for a while now. He loves them all but today it was later than normal and the consequence was that he missed his meals on wheels lunch but the lovely lady Diane cooked him a ready meal from his freezer for him and made him coffee. How lovely is she!! Thank you all so much you do a wonderful job and more!
