My mom seems very happy and I think its having a good effect on her mood.Kitchen is always left clean and tidy and log book filled in I know shes very independent and wont let your ladies do much yet but it helps me to know that someone is popping in.

My mother's main carer Claire is absolutely superb. She is very professional, but at the same time extremely gentle, caring and friendly which means my mother has total confidence, as do I, in her; a very good relationship between the two has developed. This is solely down to Claire's attitude in dealing with my mother. Reheem, who fills in when Claire is not working, is also very professional and displays the same qualities as Claire. The one aspect that my mother particularly enjoys is the 'chat' time that both carers have with her. A day does not go by without my mother telling me how wonderful Claire is. I was reluctant to change carers from the Sutton Coldfield Branch, but any fears I had have proved unwarranted. I couldn't be happier with the level of care my mother is receiving.
