The care that our lovely mum/ grandma recieved from Emma, Natalie and Roxy was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was great, always keeping us up to date. Since November 2023 my mum has had the lovely carers going in 6 days a week to shower her and prepare some lunch. Time keeping is always spot on and continuity is too. Her main two carers are Emma and Natalie, who both from my point of view always go above and beyond. Mum loves them both. She has also met Roxanne who again is amazing. We used Helping hands for my mum as we had used them for my Aunty before she went into a care home. The ladies that have cared for mum in her own home have been fantastic, they have definitely made my life a lot easier, they go above and beyond to make sure mum is happy and very well looked after, Also they are very professional and empathic to all her needs and she classes the ladies that come as her friends which is lovely she has her favourites Robyn, Tuesday, Jodi and Karen . We as a family would highly recommend Helping Hands to anyone that is looking for care for a loved one.
