Live-in care is when a fully-trained, live-in carer lives with you in your home to provide your care, supporting you to stay within the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Remaining in your own home means you can stay with partners, family, pets and in touch with your local community.

Yes, we do! Care is available from 30 minutes a week, with visits in the morning, afternoon and evening, whatever suits your needs.
Every carer is entitled to 14 hours of breaks over the course of a working week. This can be divided in a way that suits you best. Commonly, it is split into two hours each day or a few afternoons a week, although Helping Hands are able to cover those breaks through our local hourly visiting service.
Yes! If we currently provide your visiting care or an alternative home care provider does, we can look into arranging a live-in care plan for you.
There are a couple of simple practicalities that you need to consider, such as; a space of their own to sleep and relax, bathroom facilities and regular breaks (see above).
We’re here seven days a week to talk through your live-in care needs and find the best option for you.03301 620 019
