The inevitable stages of aging can often come hand-in-hand with a noticeable impact on our physical and mental abilities. Our bodies can often become weaker and our minds aren’t always as quick as they once were – but that doesn’t mean that you have to forego your independence if you’re feeling like you could use a little extra support.
