I’ve used Helping Hands for my mum - the Barnet branch is very helpful and Sophie in particular is great , reliable, prompt, flexible and pleasant. She’s sent us some lovely carers who my mum enjoys spending g time with.
In the main I am completely happy with the carers provided apart from the odd Sunday when probably due to staff shortage we have been without a morning carer

We had a brilliant carer Christopher who attended my husband's every need and he was polite,very talkative and very strong nothing was never ever to small for him to do. Would recommend this carer highly
