Live in Care in Barnet

Hello! I'm Sophie, branch manager for Barnet. My responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day running of the branch - I assess customer's needs and set up care packages, oversee schedules to ensure customers have regular carers and make sure person-centred care is always delivered. In short, I am the one accountable for the smooth running of the Barnet branch.

The things I enjoy most about my role is knowing my team and customers are happy. Nothing can beat this! I enjoy receiving outstanding feedback from our customers regarding the care they've received. Having been a carer myself, I enjoy sharing my first-hands on experience with new carers joining the team. I also still love delivering care.

As the Regional Care Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.

Hi, I am Christien Ingrosso and I'm the Area Care Manager for the South East region.
As an area care manager, it is my role to lead a team of dedicated care experts in and around the London, Essex and South East region to ensure that the service and care we are delivering is to the highest possible standard for all our customers.

I am married and a father of two girls. I enjoy very much spending time with my family and going on walks with my dog, or as some may say he likes to walk me!

I have been fortunate enough to meet some fantastic employees throughout my time at Helping Hands. Each day I witness first-hand the determination and drive that each and all of our carers show to help our customers maintain healthy and independent lives in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.
