I started working with Helping Hands in January and i find the way they work is amazing, all carers have allocated calls and a set routine each week. We are given more than enough travel time to get from one place to the next. The office team are very supportive not just about work but also in my personal life, they are always on the other end of the phone if I ever need anything or are more than happy to take some time out to meet for a cup of tea and chat if I feel I need to see them. They have a great loyalty scheme and are always giving praise and words of encouragement to each of us. I always look forward to a Friday as we get an up date on what's happening and a happy Friday email that always makes me smile. I always know where I am as I have a set rota and if anything happens they go above and beyond to help
