Helping Hands cared for our mum in the latter part of her life when she was suffering from cancer and dementia. They were able to help us in spite of Mum’s village location which seemed to put off many other companies, and we could not have been happier with their services. We found all the staff who dealt with us and Mum to be courteous, punctual and highly professional, giving minute attention to all aspects of her care. More importantly, they all showed great kindness and tact in their interactions with Mum, who was a very private person and initially resistant to the idea of having carers in at all. We will always be grateful to these genuine and caring individuals, whose presence helped Mum to remain in her home and helped bring comfort and dignity to the last months of her life. We feel lucky to have found them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is seeking help to care for a loved one.
