We chose Helping Hands to provide care to our Mum in her Mccarthy & Stone residential flat in Brentwood as we had heard good things about them from others who had used them and they reviewed very highly. Before we had to move my Mum into full time care, the Carers from Helping Hands provided a very compassionate and reliable service for her and the staff at the Brentwood office were easy to contact and deal with and would raise any concerns about Mum with us promptly. We were very happy and grateful for the all round service they provided. Thank you
The Carers from the Brentwood Team are all lovely and mum is very happy with her care. The office team are very easy to get hold of if needed and go over and above what I would expect from a care company.
