We chose Helping Hands to provide care to our Mum in her Mccarthy & Stone residential flat in Brentwood as we had heard good things about them from others who had used them and they reviewed very highly. Before we had to move my Mum into full time care, the Carers from Helping Hands provided a very compassionate and reliable service for her and the staff at the Brentwood office were easy to contact and deal with and would raise any concerns about Mum with us promptly.
