The carers have been such a great fit with Mum and Dad. Honestly....if I'm on a call with them and lovely Peter arrives - they can't get rid of me quickly enough! Seriously I wouldn't have managed without them - brilliant service, reliable with great backup from the office.

We love Peter! A really big thanks for Peter who visits Mum & Dad. He chats with them (which they really like) and cooks brilliant dinners which they both enjoy. He is unobtrusive but there when needed and tidies the kitchen like a pro! If he doesn't turn up for work; I'll have kidnapped him to take him back to Wiltshire with me! Knowing the lovely carers are coming in each day over the meal times just gives me the confidence that they are ok, eating properly (and well) and they are clean and tidy. I am so grateful to you for reducing my anxiety and giving them some really lovely company during the days when I am not there.

You were the only company out of 10 that phoned me back. Very efficient and helpful. Leanne Taylor was very polite and helpful.

Professional, thorough

My mother is not particularly easy and is in an emotional state as my father is in hospital. When I ring her she seems calmer and likes the person helping her and feels she is safe and reliable.

Your representative was courteous, knowledgeable and was anticipating my mum's needs.

Seems to be a very professional service at source, I just hope that this professionalism continues with the care that they provide which hasn't been the case with other companies that I have come across.
