Helping Hands are a wonderful company who have been caring for my dad and latterly my father-in-law and I can only enthuse and convey our immense delight in what I can only describe is an impeccable and professional company who provide a friendly and reliable service that it is second to none - I can only apologise that I have not written this sooner! Helping Hands in Chesterfield have truly been a lifeline in every sense of the word and become part of our family. Everyone involved with the company demonstrates a friendly but professional attitude at all times whilst giving emotional and personal support where needed and giving all the reassurances that with Helping Hands you are completely in "Safe Hands" - always. Their friendly and concerned approach to the client shows their warmth commitment and dedication to the job they clearly love and the service they provide, and it is this dedicated approach that is so overwhelmingly satisfying to see. Helping Hands are an extension of our family and their caring nature is why we originally chose the company to support us. We have had other care companies in the past following various discharges from hospital and Helping Hands are an elite company completely detached from all others I have dealt with in the past. They are all incredibly amazing people who only want to help and care for their clients to bring whatever enjoyment they can into sometimes very lonely lives. I would like to thank all the carers at Chesterfield for making our lives so much more confidently reassured and to the managers Mandy and Lesley who both go over and beyond to ensure this wonderful service is continually provided - visiting clients themselves when required which demonstrates how the compassion and care runs through the veins of this fantastic company - needless to say I would have no hesitation to recommend Helping Hands to anyone who is looking for a care company.
