Helping Hands are looking to recruit carers to provide visiting care within our customers’ homes. Here are some of the benefits:
  • Good hourly pay rates
  • Complimentary award-winning induction training (at your local branch)
  • Generous mileage allowance
  • Ongoing specialist care training and the opportunity of QCF qualifications
  • Flexible working hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Dedicated support from your manager
  • 24/7 Carer Helpline
  • Paid holidays
  • Free uniform
  • Nationwide career progression

In Droitwich we are looking for expert visiting carers to grow our team. It’s ideal if you have a previous care background but this is not essential as full training will be provided – infact some of our best carers have never worked in care before but they have a calling to ‘care’ for others that is unbeatable.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to develop strong working relationships. You will have a kind and caring nature, a serious commitment to work and a desire to work in an organisation where you can make a real difference to the everyday lives of people who need a helping hand.

Supporting people living in Droitwich

While we do not have a physical branch in Droitwich, care in the area is coordinated by our Bromsgrove branch, working with carers who support people across the local community.
