I have worked for Helping hands for 3 1/2 years, I have done many roles within the company working in lots of different branches. I finally settled at the Epsom branch in October, I haven't looked back since, I am working with the most amazing team, we all work so well together all helping each other out when required. We have amazing carers who delivering the most amazing service. I have recently been working closely with the live in carer, who I have got to know well they are all the most caring individuals, we have welcomed them all into our close-knit family/team. I would highly recommend a career with helping hands, I have worked for a few other carer companies, I can say that this is the best. You are not just a name they care for all their employees. If you need support with care I would also highly recommend Helping hand don't take my word for it check out our amazing reviews.

Engaging with honest opinions

Donna was lovely, meeting went well although my Mum got quite distressed with her being there. Was hoping to hve been told availability for the hours I had asked, at the meeting as I had discussed them on the phone when I booked the appmnt, otherwise very satisfied, Thankyou x
