At Helping Hands, we have been helping thousands of families across the UK to live the life they aspire to lead. By remaining in their homes, many of our customers have been able to live independently and continue to do things they enjoy in the place they love most.
When it comes to costs, we always make sure we are upfront about our prices. You won’t be subjected to any hidden costs or referral fees. You can get in touch with our home care Epsom team, who will be able to provide you with an exact quote and give you advice on any funding options that may be available to you.
Our Epsom care team offers two care packages: visiting care and live-in care. Whatever plan you choose, our wonderful carers will ensure you are well looked after. They can support you with personal care, preparing dinner and sorting out the laundry. You will have full control over your care, so you can continue to live life the way you want.
Visiting care costs
If you need support a few times a week, then visiting care would be a viable option for you. Prices start from £22.29 per week with a call-out fee of £3.50, which covers the cost of travel. Prices will vary on weekends and bank holidays. Your location and requirements will also be taken into account.
Live-in care costs
All our carers make sure they take the time to get to know you, your routine, likes and dislikes, so we can ensure you get the support you need. With Helping Hands, you’ll gain more than just a carer, you’ll gain a friend. Our live-in care plans start from £1,460 per week for a single person and £1,700 per week for a couple.
Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for additional funding from the NHS or your local authority. We recommend that you talk to a financial adviser who has care fee knowledge, so they can advise you. Or you can speak to a member of our Epsom care team. You can also visit our FAQs page on costs and funding for more information.
It is important to make sure that you have explored all the benefits that may be available to you. This includes Attendance Allowance and Pensions Credit. However, like funding, this depends on your personal circumstances. Speak to one of our customer care advisors and they can help guide you in the right direction.
If you still need more advice on home care funding, our customer care team will be more than happy to help. They are available seven days a week to address any concerns you may have. If you prefer you can contact us via our website and request a callback. A member of our team will call you as soon as they can or at a convenient time for you.
