I approached Helping Hands after my mother who is almost ninety had been ill, and I felt that she could do with help showering and dressing, making brreakfast and generally just a little bit of extra TLC. I can say with all honesty that the service I have received is first class. All staff, the manager Amanda, carer Caitlin and admin staff that I have dealt with are professional and friendly. Staff took time getting to know us and nothing was too much trouble and visits were not rushed. I would highly recommend this service.
