Most are very good but many of the younger ones need to be told how to make a bed. We ‘oldies’do not want the clothes just pulling up. The under sheet needs smoothing and the pillows shaken up. I have taught some of them how it should be done!

Because we have now a small dedicated team that is well tailored to my Mothers needs – one particular lady makes her feel really appreciated and is a perfect hard working carer.
