To date we have had no practical help as we are just setting up. The availability and willingness to help during the initial set up visits was very well handled.The availability of a carer so soon after proceedings were initiated flies in the face of the bad press the care industry gets on a daily basis.So far so good!!

A carer always visits when due. If they will be late there is nearly always notification of that. If they are worried about Alan they notify the family. Alan is very happy with his carers, in particular Leanne (I hope that is how she spells it!) as she takes great care to chat to him. I am also very happy with the quality of their cleaning of the flat for Alan.
Lauren is an excellent listener, attentive and professional am seriously considering changing care company and Lauren would be part of my reason for changing if I do please thank her for her assistance

The Horley branch are excellent Danielle is extremely helpful and if we have had any concerns they are dealt with immediately.
Pleasant gentleman who called me on emergency number, as unable to get an answer. Said would call back later so happy with that. The lady was expecting someone at 11am no-one called by 12 Noon so went out missing the Gentleman who was there at 12.15pm. Misunderstanding somewhere.
All the staff we have met have been extremely pleasant, helpful and neat and tidy in their appearance.

It was easier finding initial answers this way than phoning. Answered questions put, and honest over when any care could possibly start which was refreshing.
Ben gave me all the info I required and it would appear that he company has support that fits our needs.
All the PA’s that we met over the weekend were smiling, looked happy. That was the start. That created positivity towards the job they were going to do.They were willing to support my son. Although this was first time they were meeting my son, the attitude was very positive and all PA were willing to learn and imbibe everything we discussed.
