I have been with Helping Hands since 2023, and throughout my journey I have developed a strong passion for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care. I am a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to supporting people to achieve the best possible outcomes while maintaining their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.I have experience providing both visiting care and live-in care, supporting individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Building positive relationships and understanding each person's unique needs is at the heart of my approach to care.
I take great pride in my role and remain fully committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people I support. Knowing that I have helped someone feel safe, valued, and well cared for is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to provide the highest standard of care every day.

As an area care manager, I have operational and financial responsibility for the branches in my region. It is my role to lead and motivate my team and to ensure that the care we provide meets the national standards in terms of quality. On a day-to-day basis, my focus is to drive growth in terms of our carer and customer base.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling - generally anywhere with sun and usually have another trip planned before the last one has even ended! When I am at home, I go for long walks and love stopping off for a pub lunch.

As the Divisional Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.
