What does our assisted living support include?

At Helping Hands, we believe home is better. This is why our compassionate Home Care in Hull team come to your doorstep, so you can continue to maintain your routine and independence in the place you love. Furthermore, we are regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. This means our care is regularly inspected to ensure we always put our customer’s needs first, which is exactly what we do.

We provide assisted living on a visiting and live-in basis. So, you can have support from as little as 30 minutes or longer. You can even have care 24 hours a day. So, don’t worry, we will find a package to suit you.

Our carers can help you wash the dishes, change the bedding, take the dog for a walk and accompany you to your favourite local spots; the list is endless. Whatever support you need, you can always count on us.

Qualified carers providing assisted living in Hull

When our carers join the team, they must complete a comprehensive training programme. This is so they are equipped with the skills to provide exceptional care, no matter what condition you are living with. Modules include first aid, safeguarding and how to use mobility aids.

We understand that having someone new come into your home can be daunting, which is why we ensure all our carers undergo a strict background check. This also includes a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

When to consider this type of support?

If you are living with a complex condition such as heart disease, Parkinson’s or dementia, then you should consider assisted living. Or perhaps you don’t have loved ones nearby and could benefit from having support at home or someone to check on you; we can step in to provide you with the care you need. Whatever the reason, we promise to provide exceptional care so you can live life on your terms.

How much does assisted living cost?
