Amazing team based in Lichfield. Michelle the manager always ensures the highest quality of service is provided. Both her and her office team are polite, cheerful, approachable and helpful. The carers who provide the hands on care for my uncle are little diamonds thanks to the excellent training given. In all the dealings I have had with numerous care providers over the years none can compare to this wonderful team.

From first contact the Helping Hands team has been responsive and professional. Their initial assessment was thorough and the carer they selected to match with my mother was perfect. She quickly formed a rapport with both of my parents and made an incredible difference even from her first visit. When my father suddenly became ill, the team instantly responded and arranged help within hours. I'm very, very impressed and more than happy to recommend to others.
